Life is an imperfect journey. Accepting this fact will save you a lot of strife. But accepting the imperfection doesn’t mean you want to stop striving for the best, highest, and greatest you can be and experience. So, how do you achieve and receive all you can without placing the pressure of perfectionism on yourself or judging yourself harshly when you arrive at less than 100%? Doing this is one of the skills required to live fully in Universal Balance. The way to be here is to give it 100% and to measure, not judge, the results.
Give it 100%
When actively working on anything on any level, give it 100%. You have one life as the individual organism that you are. Every moment you half-ass being present, showing up, and applying yourself to the task, you are throwing away your life. You are wasting the limited amount of time you have to be embodied and engaged in this world as you are.
Measure – Don’t Judge
Assessment of your journey is vital as you reach junctures where you need to make decisions before proceeding. Efficiency and precision come in when you can objectively measure and not judge the results. Perfection is never the expectation. Setting a ‘Goal’ of 100% sets a marker without limits that simply allows for the full potential.
How I Measure
When I Practice Energy Therapy, I constantly assess whether something is balanced or imbalanced. Early in my practice, I was excited about exploring energetics with clients as they healed and changed their lives. I watched them grow, release the things that no longer served, and awaken to new perspectives. One curious outcome I observed was that clients go through as many unexpected changes as a result of Energy Therapy as the ones we intentionally manifest. With all the energy movement that occurs, I wanted a way to monitor and gauge an individual’s progress.
What emerged for me was to track a client’s energetic balance or imbalance, which is always relative to Universal Balance. The Universal Models represent the framework of perfect balance for each Universal Element. Viewing an individual’s Energy/Consciousness field through this set of Lenses reveals and highlights where the imbalances originate. Working with the Universal Models provides a snapshot of what is occurring. When utilized in human consciousness, they become dynamic and powerful tools enabling us to shift the imbalances on the quantum level utilizing Energy/Consciousness exclusively.
As a numbers person, I resonated with utilizing percentages to monitor progress. I began tracking the percentage that people were balanced, always against the backdrop of 100% Universal Balance being the ultimate goal. I would assess a client relative to our area of focus, determining the percentage at the beginning and end of the session. Then, at their next session, I would see how much of the energetic shift toward balance they held. Eventually, they would get to the place of being able to hold 100% on their own, at which point our focus would shift.
Before proceeding, I wish to note that energy shifts quicker than matter. Working purely with Energy/Consciousness, I have found that a client can come into 100% Universal Balance on an Energetic level and still experience Physical imbalance. However, when a client can hold 100%, it is just a matter of time before the Physical level comes into alignment.
I will now touch on the two-phase flow of evolution: the Transition Phase and the Plateau Phase. I will then discuss three modes of being from different life orientations to exemplify how Universal Balance is always available to everyone and how it can present dramatically differently. Finally, I will give you four exercises to create a Transition Phase, propelling you to your next Plateau.
The Two-Phase Flow Of Evolution
If individuals allow their natural flow of evolution to unfold during their lifetime, they will go through many Transitional iterations connected by Plateau periods. If an individual is optimally aligned, this dual-phase process can be as steady as day and night cycling. Two-dimensional constructs and processes can be particularly challenging when they are not balanced. When balanced, though, they are the most materially powerful for manifestation in the real world.
TRANSITION PHASE
A Transition Phase is a period of accelerated growth or decline. It always involves a change in the fundamental framework of an individual’s life. The shift in framework can take place within the individual’s inner life as well as in their outer life. An example of a fundamental change in one’s inner life is an awakening to a previously unknown truth that retrospectively changes one’s understanding of one’s life experiences. An example in one’s outer life is pregnancy.
PLATEAU PHASE
A Plateau Phase is a period of acclimation and assimilation following a stretch of growth or decay. The active parts of life maintain the same fundamental framework, i.e., the same home, partnership, employment position, foundational belief structure, etc. While change is a constant in life, the change that occurs during a Plateau Phase is gradual and ordinary. One is fundamentally sustaining the status quo.
Orientations To Life – All have the potential for Balance or Imbalance
Different Life environments require different modes of being and operating to navigate the particular circumstances one finds oneself within. I will discuss three modes: the Survival Mode, the Maintenance Mode, and the Abundance Mode. First, I will touch upon a highlight of each mode when it is balanced. This state of being is always available no matter what circumstances one is living in. To be personally balanced, one doesn’t need to live in a peaceful and prosperous world environment. However, one needs to accept and adapt to whatever environment is present. Second, for each mode, I will comment on a potential trap. Traps pull one into a state of struggle and suffering.
SURVIVAL MODE
Highlight:
When one is in Survival Mode, it provides a Great Filter for what is meaningful in life. Consider an extreme example; if a fire is coming and you have ten minutes to leave, what do you take? Lesson the degree somewhat and consider you have six months to leave due to a financial need to downsize; what do you take? These examples are primarily material in consideration: what if you or a loved one has six months to live? How do you spend that time? The opportunity that comes with holding one of these more extreme perspectives is an automatic opening to the preciousness of life, the temporary, fragile state of being alive.
Trap:
A common trap of Survival Mode is boxing oneself in with limiting mental constructs such as the scarcity mentality or the us vs. them mentality. Allowing these limiting views to take over is like boxing oneself into a small space, compressing all the extreme, high-velocity energy into that small space. These types of mental constructs create a life experience of struggle and suffering with little else.
MAINTENANCE MODE
Highlight:
Being in Maintenance Mode is the most accessible mode for maintaining a centered, grounded presence in life. In a balanced state, one can stay on a steady evolutionary track with consistent progress. One can fully engage in life and balance honoring vulnerabilities with a drive for growth.
Trap:
A common trap of the Maintenance Mode is keeping oneself small—small-minded, unactualized, living a small life, complacently going through the motions, staying in the status quo in areas where one should be growing, expanding, and awakening.
ABUNDANCE MODE
Highlight:
In Abundance Mode, one can experience fulfillment and give to others from the excess. Ideally, giving does not take anything away from oneself but rather comes from excess abundance. Giving can occur on tangible and non-tangible levels, such as guidance or love. Both are equally valuable. One grows and expands through the experience of giving, but only if it is given from abundance.
Trap:
A common trap of the Abundance Mode is rooted in greed. One attaches (not connects) to their abundance in a fear-based way and keeps a white-knuckle, death grip on what they have. They are compressed to a narrow view, defending what they have from imaginary threats. This fear based attachment stunts one’s ability to show up fully for life, and they avoid risk, growth, and change.
LIGHTSPEED POWER PROCESSING (LSPP)
LightSpeed Power Processing is an exercise that allows you to facilitate the creation of your own Micro Transition, which has the potential to shift you onto a new Plateau in life. These exercises approach Energy/Consciousness from the Grid perspective and help you balance your life’s Physical, Emotional, Thought, and Energetic components. You can utilize these exercises effectively in any life mode: Survival, Maintenance, or Abundance.
One important note I want to make that applies to all four exercises is that surrender is vital. You must surrender to maximize the release of all the Energy/Consciousness limiting, blocking, or preventing your shift to the next Plateau. The depth to which you can surrender determines the scope to which you can transition.
Momentus Shaking:
Momentus Shaking will facilitate a Physical (LSPP) Transition.
- To begin this exercise, clench all the muscles in your body. Hold this tightening as you focus on the physical energy in your body and life as a whole, drawing it into a tight ball.
- Release the tightening as you begin shaking your whole body. Surrender into the shaking, allowing it to continue for five to ten minutes until you feel all your physical tension release.
- Still your Body. Place your left hand, palm open and facing your body, on your abdomen or solar plexus. Place your right hand in the same way, on top of your left hand. Take three slow, deep breaths and release.
Speed Crying:
Speed Crying will facilitate an Emotional (LSPP) Transition.
- Open to your emotions until you can rally some tears. If you can’t at will, then try a song, movie, or anything that triggers tears for you. If this is out of reach, you can wait until tears come naturally and proceed with the exercise.
- Surrender to your emotions and let them take over. Allow your tears to become sobs. Open to your depths and allow all the emotion in your heart to move through you. Turn the faucet on high and empty the tank. Completely surrender to the emotional flow for five to ten minutes.
- Let the feelings go, and don’t revisit them. Do a 180. Turn your focus to something mundane, active, and nurturing or maintaining your life.
Quick Cogitating:
Quick Cogitating will facilitate a Thought (LSPP) Transition
- Reflect on all the things taking up space in your Thought matrix. Keeping the parameters within the framework of your own life experience.
- Free associate with every Thought that arises. Encourage a quickening of thoughts, like stepping stones in a stream, where you gain confidence with each step. Quicken until you become the water, rock, earth, and air, and every particle is a Thought from your life transforming. Continue for five to ten minutes and stop.
- Bring your Thought focus to align with your present reality. State basic facts like your name, age, city, state, country you find yourself in, the time and day of the week, day of the month, etc.
High Spirited Living:
High Spirited Living will facilitate an Energetic (LSPP) Transition
- Perceive the spark within you. What stimulates this for you? If you can’t find any sparks, then sense the void. Pay close attention to how it makes you feel.
- Conjure and Energize your Energy/Consciousness field by laughing, humming, toning, or dancing. Amplify the activity to reach an ecstatic trance-like state. Do this for five to ten minutes.
- Become still and quiet. Close your eyes and open to perceive your light. Open your eyes and open to perceiving the light in your life.
