The Shapes Behind My Life
It began with a light.
A single, glowing Cube appeared before me—so vivid, so alive—that the course of my life was forever altered.
I was deep in meditation, asking a simple question: What is my purpose in this lifetime? Out of the darkness, the light took form—edges, faces, symmetry—and then a knowing descended, not as thought, but as certainty.
The Cube.
It wasn’t an image or a symbol. It was a message. This is your life’s work.
I had seen cubes before, of course—countless ones—but never like this. This one pulsed with intelligence, as if the geometry itself were speaking. The realization flooded through every cell of my body. My heart pounded. My entire being vibrated with an unshakable conviction that this—whatever this was—would define my purpose on Earth.
For weeks, I floated through life half-weightless, excitedly repeating the phrase to anyone who would listen: “The Cube—it’s my life’s work!”
Friends would smile, intrigued. “That’s wonderful,” they’d say. “But what is the Cube?”
“I don’t know,” I’d laugh, still glowing. “Not yet.”
It didn’t matter that I had no answers. The knowing was enough.
That moment became the first coordinate on a map that would unfold over years—a journey through the architecture of reality. My first guidance came through clearly and precisely: Begin where you are, then move inward at the speed of light for six years.
From point 0,0,0 to 30,30,30, I was to travel through the Cube, a passage measured not in miles but in consciousness.
I didn’t yet understand that the Cube governs Time, that its symmetry holds Earth’s architecture, that it is the invisible scaffold shaping each moment we experience. I only knew I had been called into its geometry—and that the journey would change everything.
“From personal revelation to universal pattern—this was the path the Cube began to unfold.”
The Shapes Behind the World
What if the universe had a set of blueprints—not written in words or numbers, but drawn in shape, symmetry, and proportion? What if the reason a crystal grows its facets, or why your body formed with two eyes instead of three, has less to do with chance and more to do with invisible patterns guiding matter into form?
Life has such a hidden architecture. Just as buildings rise from blueprints, the unfolding of existence follows universal designs. These are six simple yet profound shapes: the Sphere, Tetrahedron, Cube, Octahedron, Icosahedron, and Dodecahedron.
Across time and culture, many have glimpsed this truth. Plato called them the eternal forms. Pythagoras spoke of the harmony of number and geometry. From the philosophers of ancient Greece to the physicists of our age, visionaries have intuited that the universe rests upon a foundation of perfect patterns—a geometry so fundamental that everything else is built upon it.
These forms are not merely mathematical curiosities; they are the deep architecture through which energy, matter, and consciousness take shape. Each one acts as a timeless attractor, setting the parameters within which life can unfold. Together, they form the scaffolding of reality—geometric blueprints that organize both the visible world and the unseen dimensions of existence.
I call these attractors the Universal Forms. Their geometry is flawless: they have equal edges, equal angles, and equal faces. We seldom see them directly in life—not because they are absent, but because they serve as the invisible frameworks behind it, the hidden lattice that gives rise to order amid apparent chaos.
Imagine them as the letters of the universe’s alphabet. Every structure in existence—atoms, bodies, ecosystems, even consciousness itself—spells its story by arranging these shapes into patterns of form and meaning.
The Universal Forms
Sphere
Tetrahedron
Cube
Octahedron
Icosahedron
Dodecahedron
In geometry, a Platonic solid is a perfectly regular, convex polyhedron—its faces, edges, and angles all equal, each face meeting its neighbors in identical symmetry. Only five such shapes exist in three-dimensional space: the Tetrahedron, Cube, Octahedron, Icosahedron, and Dodecahedron. When any of these solids is placed within a Sphere, all its vertices touch the Sphere’s surface. The Sphere thus becomes the “circumscribed sphere,” the infinite boundary and unifying whole that holds every form within it.
Together, these six shapes—the five Platonic Solids and the encompassing Sphere—compose the Universal Forms.
“Geometry is the language through which the universe speaks itself into form.”
The Six Universal Forms at a Glance
Together, the six Universal Forms—the five Platonic Solids and the encompassing Sphere—compose the fundamental architecture of creation.
Each Form governs a specific Domain and Element and embodies an animating Force—together expressing a distinct facet of the Whole.
They are the six primary blueprints through which energy becomes matter and consciousness takes shape.
Each is perfectly proportioned—equal faces, edges, and angles—embodying symmetry and coherence at every scale.
| Form | Domain | Element | Force | Essence |
| Sphere | Void | Love | Strong Nuclear | Wholeness Inclusion Infinite Holding |
| Tetrahedron | Spark | Fire | Weak Nuclear | Ignition Transformation Creative-Radiance |
| Cube | Time | Earth | Magnetic | Structure Continuity Grounded-Rhythm |
| Octahedron | Space | Air | Electric | Balance Exchange Communication |
| Icosahedron | Consciousness | Water | Gravitational | Reflection Flow Emotional-Intelligence |
| Dodecahedron | Creation | Ether | Will | Synthesis Direction Inspired-Purpose |
Together they form the Universal Model Set, the matrix of perfect balance through which all things arise and evolve.
These Forms are more than geometric concepts—they are the silent architecture behind existence itself. Within them, energy discovers structure and consciousness discovers shape. Wherever life begins to organize, these six blueprints are already present, guiding the unfolding of matter, rhythm, and awareness.
Why They Matter – Controlling the Shape of Life
The Universal Forms are not just abstract geometry—they actively shape how life unfolds. Acting like templates or attractors, they establish the parameters within which energy, matter, and even human experience take form. They influence not only the physical parameters of matter but also the unseen parameters of consciousness, relationships, and choices. These Forms do not dictate every detail, but they provide the essential framework—much like a skeleton beneath the skin.
What may once have sounded purely philosophical is now being confirmed by science. Two discoveries in particular highlight the power of these hidden templates. The first comes from biology, where researchers observed a faint “electric shimmer” that appears in developing embryos. This shimmer pre-patterns the body, instructing cells where to form eyes, limbs, and organs—even though DNA itself contains no spatial instructions. The second comes from geology, where a large-scale study showed that the average shape of rock fragments across Earth is, remarkably, a cube—just as Plato proposed more than two thousand years ago.
Together, these findings reveal that invisible frameworks govern how matter organizes itself, from the smallest cellular structures to the largest landscapes of our planet. And this is why the Universal Forms matter: the same unseen frameworks that determine where a frog’s eyes will emerge or how a stone will break also guide the architecture of human life. They shape how we perceive, grow, and evolve. Recognizing the Universal Forms is like glimpsing the blueprint behind the patterns of our own existence—why certain experiences repeat, why certain possibilities emerge, and how balance can be restored when life feels fractured.
Scientific Glimpses of the Universal Forms in Action
a) Bioelectric Shimmers as Invisible Blueprints
The first glimpse comes from biology. In recent years, researchers have discovered that developing organisms are guided not only by genetics but also by bioelectric fields. While DNA provides the chemical code for proteins, it does not contain instructions for 3D shape. Yet, shape is precisely what life requires: eyes must be placed symmetrically, limbs must form in the right locations, and organs must be oriented correctly. Scientists studying developing tadpoles injected them with voltage-sensitive dyes and witnessed something extraordinary—a faint, ghostly glow traced across the embryo, outlining the positions of eyes, jaws, and other features hours before the physical tissues appeared. This “electric shimmer” acted like a pre-pattern, a living blueprint that directed the cells to form the body’s structure. In essence, the organism was following an invisible template, an attractor field, that gave order to the chaos of multiplying cells. This striking demonstration shows that life unfolds under subtle guidance beyond the genetic code.
b) Plato’s Cube and the Average Shape of Earth
The second glimpse comes from geology, where researchers explored an ancient idea from Plato: that the element Earth is built from cubes. On the surface, this may seem fanciful, since we rarely see perfect cubes in natural rock fragments. But in 2020, a research team from the University of Pennsylvania and collaborators in Hungary found statistical support for Plato’s intuition.² When rocks fracture, their fragments take many shapes. Yet the researchers found that the average geometric properties of many natural fragments approach those of a cube—particularly its six faces and eight vertices. They called this statistical tendency the “Platonic attractor.” Their models showed how repeated splitting can produce these averages, even when individual fragments look nothing like perfect cubes. Plato’s cube thus finds a remarkable echo in the collective geometry of broken rock.
c) Universals as Attractors of Balance
Together, these two discoveries—bioelectric pre-patterns in embryos and the cubic average of Earth’s rocks—reveal something profound. They show that hidden frameworks underlie the way matter and life take shape. These frameworks don’t enforce exact copies but act as guiding attractors, drawing the particulars of the world—cells, rocks, even our lived experiences—into alignment with timeless, universal patterns. The Universal Forms are not abstractions; they are the scaffolding of reality itself.
This is precisely how the Universal Forms function at the macrocosmic scale. Just as bioelectric blueprints determine the form of a body, Universal Forms determine the form of Earth, Time, Space, and Consciousness itself.
Both of these studies reveal a key truth: Universal Forms act as attractors. They pull chaotic energy into coherent shape. The tadpole’s shimmer attracted matter into its organs. The Earth’s fragmentation averaged into cubes. At every scale—subatomic, biological, and planetary—these patterns are what give life stability and direction.
When life aligns with these Universal Forms, it moves toward balance and full potential. Energy flows without obstruction, growth is optimized, and systems evolve naturally toward greater coherence.
The Years of Immersion: Building the Living Models
What began with a single vision of the Cube unfolded into a decade-long descent into the energetic fabric of existence.
At first, I could not have imagined the scope of what that light had set in motion. The Cube was the only form that had appeared to me whole—a radiant presence whose geometry seemed to hum with purpose. But to understand its language, I would need to walk through time as it was built.
Six years became ten.
The work drew me deep into the Time Matrix—the living architecture that the Cube governs. Within it, I came to understand that time itself is an energetic principle, and that the currents of Time shape not only our experience but the human capacity for change. Each year revealed another dimension of that matrix, until time ceased to be a line and became a field alive with intelligence.
I did not conduct my research in laboratories, but in the field of human experience. I worked with people whose lives had reached their limits—those deemed beyond help by medicine or psychiatry. Together, we entered the subtle terrain of consciousness and energy, following pathways that could restore life to balance. Many times I was brought to my own breaking point, yet each transformation I witnessed renewed my strength. What I learned about the Cube was inseparable from what I learned about the human spirit: both are built to endure, both contain the code of regeneration.
When the first six-year cycle concluded, I received a clear directive: Build the remaining models.
No luminous form appeared this time, no glowing Cube in meditation. What came instead was subtler—currents, impressions, and structures sensed more than seen. I had not associated the Platonic Solids with the guidance I was receiving, yet I was unknowingly building their energetic counterparts.
No pause separated the two cycles. The completion of the Time Matrix opened directly into its mirror: the Space Matrix. The journey inverted—what had been measured in years became mapped in months. Six months of immersion, with each month serving as the counterpoint to one of the six years that had come before. The model that arose from this phase shimmered like a diamond, and for a time, that is what I called it. Only later did I understand that it was the Octahedron—the Universal Form of Space.
Those ten years formed the foundation of everything that followed. The work that began as a vision became a set of usable energetic models, living architecture built within human consciousness, tools for healing and creating within life. These Universal Models are the foundation of the Energy Therapy, 24 Hour Attunements and trainings that I offer.
For every structure, there is motion; for every form, a pulse. The work begins with recognizing these patterns—and exploring how they move within our lives
