Energy Therapy – Energetic Healing
Healing refers to several processes that shift one from a wounded, ill, broken, or compromised state into a healthy one. You are healing whether you are regaining wellness, overcoming a broken heart, improving a life situation, or transcending suffering. Different Healing practices introduce treatment on different levels. Western Medicine focuses heavily on Physical interventions with medications, surgeries, etc., while Eastern Medicine focuses more on Energetic and whole-being interventions with Healing protocols and practices.
Energy Therapy works purely with Energetics. It focuses the intervention on the Energetic level. Energy Therapy has an overarching objective to support Universal Balance. This way of working provides a whole being and a whole life treatment. Thus, Energy Therapy aligns more with Eastern Medicine. However, Western medicine often compliments the work with focused treatment for particular areas of imbalance. With the objective of Universal Balance, all aspects of an individual’s life are considered to be in a state of balance or imbalance to varying degrees at any given moment. The need for Healing indicates a state of imbalance. Healing is one avenue through which balance is restored. It is the process called for when one is wounded, ill, broken, or in a compromised state of being.
The Body System processes the densest Physical Energies. There is an increasing Frequency and Array as you move to the Heart System, processing Emotional Energies, and then the Mind System, processing Thought Energies. The Spirit System processes the highest Frequencies and Arrays of pure Energies. These different Frequencies and Arrays of Energy/Consciousness come from the Grids. The Grids contain all that is Expressed and actualized in life, the actual fiber of Reality. They determine the final state one achieves each moment. If you were to freeze time, the Grids is where you would find the Energy Formations of what successfully actualizes. The Grids contain the oneness of the Expressed Form. Thus, working with the Grids to Heal focuses on the final Form.
The following graphics exemplify eight of the 24 Life Components. From a Cube view, these eight Energy/Consciousness Components flow forward and backward. This blog will touch on a few points about Energetic Healing from this perspective. This interflowing third of the Life Components includes the Systems and the Grids. The Systems are the mechanisms through which we individually receive and process the outer world, while the Grids are the Energetic Matrix we live within. The different Systems process an array of Vibrational Frequencies and Dimensional Arrays from the Grids.
Healing Wounds in the Body, Heart, Mind, and Spirit Systems
Below is a chart that looks at the Healing process, which occurs when Healing a wound within each of the four Systems. The Healing process may follow a different rhythm for other types of imbalances. Some key points to understand when Healing wounds:
- Different Systems process a distinct Vibrational/Dimensional range of Energies, diversifying the particulars of the wounds.
- Different Frequencies/Arrays require different interventions.
- The rhythm of the wound Healing process is the same for all systems. It follows a series of four phases:
- 1. Stabilization in the Moment.
- 2. Addressing the Needs of the Wound.
- 3. Filling the Space of the Wound with New Growth.
- 4. Recalibrating the System and Restoring Energetic Integrity.

Three Imbalanced Energy/Consciousness Patterns
When applying Energetic treatment for Healing purposes, knowing the Energetic Pattern underlying the imbalanced condition is helpful. A few common Energy Patterns in the Life Components are a Split, a Spin, or a Spiral. Many imbalances people experience are generated by one of these three Patterns. If one knows the Energy Pattern, it can be cleared, neutralized, or disintegrated, and the Energy/Consciousness of the individual can be directly shifted into a more desirable Pattern. This lays out a surefire path of Healing. Over time the Energetic shift migrates through the denser levels until fully present and Physically manifest.
A SPLIT PATTERN
When a Component is Split or Split from other Components, it creates a form of Implosion or Explosion, depending on the nature of the energy flow.
A few examples of Split Patterns are Unresolved Grief, Dissociative Disorders, Borderline Personality, Amputee
A SPIN PATTERN
When a Component Spins or Spins out of Sync with other Components, it creates a Repetitive Impression or Repetition Expression, depending on the nature of the energy flow.
A few examples of Spin Patterns are Narcissism, Obsessions, Compulsions, Cancer
A SPIRAL PATTERN
When a Component Spirals or Spirals away from other Components, it creates a form of Compression or Amplification, depending on the nature of the energy flow.
A few examples of Spiral Patterns are Allergies, Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD.
Trigger Point Resolution – A Spiral Pattern of Energy/Consciousness.
This section provides an example of how a Spiral Pattern can manifest in one’s life and how to resolve this Pattern Energetically. A Spiral is like a spring. When it is Compressed into a Trigger Point it is spring loaded, ready to launch into its original Form, reenacting the Energy Pattern of the original Event. There is a vast range of Trigger Points. They can be superficial, run deep, or fall between those extremes. A Trigger Point can be a sensitive subject that prompts an Emotional Reaction, or a stimulus that sends one into an alternate Reality in the case of a PTSD blackout. The Energetic mechanism is the same, as is the Energetic treatment, but the Energy/Consciousness required to shift the latter is that of moving a mountain compared to moving a small mound in the case of Emotional reactivity.
A Triggered Reaction is a complex Spiral Pattern of Energy at play. The Trigger Point represents the Energy/Consciousness in a state of Compression, and the Reaction is the Energy/Consciousness in Amplification within the Mold of the original Event. The shape of the Event that originally created the Trigger is cast into a Hard Construct within the fabric of reality. This is the Trigger Mold, which becomes Compressed, existing as potential Energy until it is activated. Once activated, it opens up a Dynamic 3-D Reality overlaid onto Present Reality. Like a pop-up restaurant or flash mob, it instantly takes over the space with its agenda and activity. It is filled with the original Event’s Emotional tenor, Thoughts, and Energy Patterning.
In the Trigger Reaction, the Energy/Consciousness activates and fills the Mold, bringing it into the full sensory experience of the individual. This makes it an ideal time to access and disintegrate the Energy Formation of the Trigger Mold. Once you disrupt the Pattern of the Mold, it makes is easier to move life into a new shape. You can work with the Physical somatic effect, the Emotional feeling response, or the Thoughts and beliefs engaged in the Triggered Reaction. All are complimentary and supportive, but you still need to clear the Energetic Mold within the Grids or else the Trigger Point will activate the same shaped experience.
