Opening To Other’s Perspectives
Many different facets influence one’s perspective in life. These influencers arise from both nature and nurture. The particular time and space from which one views life makes each individual’s perspective unique. All of these variations in perspective provide inherent value to humanity. Just one individual having a particular perspective, a clear view of some aspect of life, will enlighten that consciousness within humanity. This enlightening of one individual’s conscious awareness provides all humans access to the wisdom of that particular perspective. All you need to do to access this wisdom is tune into the oneness of human consciousness, and it is all right there.
There are many ways to learn from others’ perspectives and many reasons why it is important to do so. Your life is finite in the scope you can discover and know through your limited personal experience. It is imperative to open beyond this narrow experiential perspective to understand life beyond the view of ‘me, myself, and I.’ In isolation, this solitary trinity becomes a hall of mirrors. As you approach others to learn, do so objectively, never with limiting judgments. Remember the saying, “Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes.” This appeals to compassion when considering others so you do not limit the value. Compassion opens your heart and allows for human connection, but you must also be smart.
Remember that every perspective of a living human being holds unique wisdom. I say, “Before you discount the value of a human being and what they have to teach you, examine life through their perspective for just one minute, a full 60 seconds.” A lack of perspective fuels the human race’s self-destructive qualities, whether the faulty perspective dehumanizes others or provides another short-sighted view. My objective with this piece is to spark awareness of a broader scope of consciousness. I want you to perceive life in new ways, from new vantage points, utilizing and awakening new receptors. This will connect you with wisdom that adds practical value to your life and aligns your perspective with Universal Balance.
Quick Ways To Shift Your Perspective
Look Somewhere Else
Where are you looking for your solutions? Are you perceiving from an Outer perspective or an Inner perspective? If you are looking Outside of yourself, asking other people, or researching solutions, shift to an Inner query for answers. You can meditate or journey, opening to guidance coming from within. If you are currently looking within yourself for answers, to no avail, try asking others for guidance or researching the topic. Wherever you are currently looking, look somewhere else for a new perspective.
Change Routine/Direction
Healthy habits adapt to your evolution, but getting stuck in outdated routines is easy. If something in your life needs to change but you are uncertain what it is supposed to look like, mixing up your regular routines will provide a different perspective. Try beginning your day with something different, like meditating, chanting, stretching, dancing, or writing. Shift the order you do things to get ready for your day. Take a different route to work, try different lunch options, try a new hobby, or change any routine.
Raise Your Vibration + Dimension
Raising your vibrational frequency and dimensional array is the most direct and instantaneous way to shift your perspective. Tune into your energy field to sense your current vibration and dimension. Hold your focus on your energy field and intend to raise both vibration and dimension. As your vibration raises, you will feel an expansion and a quickening. As your dimensionality raises, you will feel an increase in qualities and complexity.
Use Your Imagination
This exercise is premising and posturing, utilizing your imagination to shift your perspective.
Close your eyes and imagine you are different things. State: I am ________. Fill this in with various people, types of animals, environmental elements, etc. For example I am Albert Einstein, I am a bird, I am a leopard, I am a tree, I am a river.
Imagine what it might feel like to be that person, animal, or thing. Open your sensory experience in this imaginative space; what do you see, hear, taste, smell, and feel? As this other thing, what are you aware of internally, where are your motivations, and how do you move through space? Explore this for about five minutes.
Release the idea of being this other thing. Reopen to your perspective and how you as a person relate to this other thing. Expand to encompass it all: the other perspective you have explored, your perspective, the relational perspective between the two of you, and the perspective of the oneness in which you can connect and know all.
Energy Therapy – Whole Life Work and Focus Work
The Energy Therapy that I offer is working with a combination of Whole Life Work and Focus Work. Following I will highlight some of the parameters of each. Then I will touch upon how each is a part of the 24 HR Attunements and Private Sessions.
Whole Life Work utilizes the Energy/Consciousness of All your Life.
- Your whole awakened consciousness.
- The whole impression within creation that your life makes.
- Your whole time from conception to crossing over.
- The whole space that you inhabit and move through.
- Your whole network of love-based connections.
- The whole rippling influence of your spark or life force.
Focus Work employs the Energy/Consciousness of only a certain area.
- To balance a specific part of you or your life.
- To treat disease, disorder, or disarray.
- To create or awaken something new.
The 24 HR Attunement is an example of Whole Life Work being primary and Focus Work secondarily woven in. It is a comprehensive, slow role through all the facets of your Life. During the day, the Energy/Consciousness of your whole life is perceived and attuned from a vast array of differentiated perspectives. Each day’s hours, minutes, and seconds provide a view of the Whole.
Each of the 24 Hours provides access to one of the 24 Differentiated Components of Life. This is a Whole set; it includes all the Components of your Life. There is also the array of 1440 Minutes of the day. Each Minute provides a Differentiated Perspective into your Life; again, this represents all the potential perspectives. And finally, there are the 86,400 seconds of the day, each touching upon a Differentiated Particular of Life. Working with the Energy/Consciousness through the lens of this trinity, 86,400 Seconds/1440 Minutes/24 Hours per day is a comprehensive Whole Life offering.
The Focus Work is included in this offering in four different ways. First, I always choose a Highlighted Focus that is spun through the day along with the Whole Life Work. The Highlighted Focus is a small part compared to the Whole, but it joins all participants around a common theme and is often quite powerful. The second way that Focus Work comes into the day is the individual participants’ Intentions of balance and creation, which get an Energy/Consciousness push towards fruition. (To note: It is most powerful to combine the attunement with Individual Sessions for treating particular conditions and healing wounds.) The third avenue of specificity woven in is the Focus of an Intensive Series, such as Financial Independence or Family Unity. The fourth area that overlays the Whole Life Work of the attunement is ‘The Work’ Program with 72 Differentiated Training Blocks.
Private Sessions—Individual, Couple, Family, Property, or Business—are all examples of Focus Work being primary and Whole Life Work being secondarily accessed using the Universals. Private Sessions dive deep into the Focus to target the areas of the Energy/Consciousness field that are affected and need to change. This could be balancing the different areas of an abundant life, treating a condition, building skills, prompting growth and evolution, or working on spiritual awakening.
