Everything is made of Energy; it simply takes different forms along a spectrum of vibrational frequencies and dimensional arrays. ‘The Energy of…’ someone or something references its construction with life’s fundamental Energy/Consciousness building blocks. When we perceive the vibrational level of pure Energy, we are ‘viewing’ the object of our focus from a higher frequency than the physical, emotional, or mental vibrational levels. From this view, you can perceive the patterns, designs, structures, and flows of Energy/Consciousness.
Work with Energetics takes two forms: ReBalancing Work or Creation Work. Rebalancing Work involves clearing blocks, healing wounds, and addressing imbalances in one’s energy field. In ‘The Energy Of…’ Part 1, I discussed three common examples of imbalanced Energy formations that are troublesome for many people: Fear, Anxiety, and Depression. In Part 2, I discuss three examples of creative Energy formations that people seek to attain: Love, Joy, and Contentment.
I identify where you can locate the Energetics of these experiences relative to the sacred trinity of Individual-Group-Oneness and the Universal Forms, which provide the framework for the Universal Elements. I then discuss the Energetic qualities of the structure and the flow they hold so that you can create with them. Finally, I provide many examples of how you can engage in life to stimulate these Energetic formations, increasing your experience of Love, Joy, and Contentment.
The Energy Of LOVE…
Where is ‘The Energy of LOVE’?
IGO TRINITY:
- ‘The Energy Of Love’ exists in the space between the parts on all three levels (IGO): Individual, Group, and Oneness. Love also exists within the space between each level.
- Taking a step back on the IGO Trinity itself, it is essential to note that Love enables the existence of all differentiated parts, thus all sacred trinities, including this one.
- ‘The Energy Of Love’ is the basis of all balanced and healthy connection points. Love not only exists within the space between parts, it strong bonds them together.
UNIVERSALS:
- Again, from a stepped-back vantage point, ‘The Energy Of Love’ enlivens the potentiality of the void and generates the emergence of the Universals from the void. Love stimulates the creation and differentiation of the Universal Elements, the perfectly equally balanced parts. The Universals are foundational to all creation; thus, nothing can exist without ‘The Energy Of Love’ being in play.
- Just as ‘The Energy Of Love’ fills the space between the parts of IGO, it fills the space between the Universals in their differentiated Elemental form.
- ‘The Energy Of Love’ exists within the Universals. You can find Love within the third layer of each Element, traveling from the outermost to the innermost.
- ‘The Energy Of Love’ generates the receptive flow of Energy, which allows you, along with every other person or part, to receive. You not only emerge through the foundational Universal Elements via ‘The Energy Of Love,’ Love also generates your reception of the same Universal Elements, which are foundational to the construction of life as a whole.
- When you perceive ‘The Energy Of Love,’ it is evident in your Energy/Consciousness field within one or more of your Universal Blueprints.
What are the Qualities of ‘The Energy of LOVE’?
- ‘The Energy Of Love’ has a differentiating quality. Love creates the opportunity for differentiation, where one exists independently while simultaneously remaining in unison with all the other parts. This differentiated state contrasts with the absence of Love, which leaves a person or part in the perception and experience of isolation and separation from other parts.
- ‘The Energy Of Love’ creates the quality of complexity. Anywhere there is complexity, a combination of various parts or qualities working together as one, Love is there, bonding the parts in unison.
- ‘The Energy Of Love’ has a magnetic quality. The Love within each part magnetizes the Love within other parts.
- ‘The Energy Of Love’ has a dynamic quality. Love is a requirement to manifest any holistic opportunity into existence. Without Love, creative forces become destructive.
- ‘The Energy Of Love’ has a relational quality. I often reference the Right Relationship. A Right Relationship is in a Love-based alignment.
Creating with ‘The Energy Of LOVE’:
The following simple Five-Step exercise is a powerful Creation Protocol that can be used for all Creation Work.
For yourself, another individual or group:
- Identify what you wish to create.
Summarize this in a few words or sentences.
- Check your motives.
You must have pure motives to open the flow of Love so you can create with it. Aligning your motive with Love will give you the best chance of a balanced, sustainable creation. Consider the question: Will your creation be in service to life and do no harm? Only proceed when you can answer “yes.”
- Connect with your passions.
Feel your desire for what you wish to create. Feel it through your whole being: Body, Heart, Mind, and Spirit.
- Envision your creation fully manifest within the Sphere.
Hold this vision steady until it becomes fully animated, filling the Sphere.
- Align this Sphere with your Energy/Consciousness Sphere.
Synergistically line up the center point of both Spheres. Synergistically line up the parameters of both Spheres. Synergistically align the energy flow within both Spheres.
The Energy Of Joy…
Where is ‘The Energy Of JOY’?
IGO TRINITY:
- ‘The Energy Of Joy’ is a surge that takes the form of an elevated wave. Waves of Joy can occur on an Individual, Group, or Oneness level.
- Individuals can experience ‘The Energy Of Joy’ and often have many surges occurring within their being at any given time. Note that these can occur beyond an Individual’s conscious awareness.
- A Group of people can collectively generate and experience a single surge of ‘The Energy of Joy’ experienced by all within the collective. Each Individual’s experience may differ, but the Group level surge of Joy they embody is not; they are in a unified experience or quantum entanglement.
- A surge of ‘The Energy Of Joy’ can and does occur on the Oneness level; anytime an Individual or Group experiences a surge of Joy, it occurs within the Oneness. Additionally, it can happen purely on the Oneness level.
UNIVERSALS:
A Joy surge can exist anywhere within the matrices of the:
- Sphere governing the Void
- Tetrahedron governing the Fire Element
- Hexahedron(Cube) governing the Earth Element
- Octahedron governing the Air Element
- Icosahedron governing the Water Element

What are the Qualities of ‘The Energy Of JOY’?
- ‘The Energy Of Joy’ is not so much a distinctive energy with qualities as it is a surge of energy, just like a tidal wave is a surge of water.
- ‘The Energy Of Joy’ is holistic, unlike depression, which is dualistic in nature and has an energetic counterpart experience of vacancy.
- Joy is a transitory experience, but its potential is always available to be perpetuated. And the power of ‘The Energy Of Joy’ can effect lasting change, growth, and expansion.
- The experience of Joy is elevating; a surge of ‘The Energy Of Joy’ boosts one up while vibrationally and spatially raising the energy.
- The lasting potential of Joy is an expansion in Energy/Consciousness.
Creating with ‘The Energy Of Joy’
The following section explores Joy as it surges through the Universal Elements. To begin, I give you the mantra for Universal Balance. Then, for each Universal Element, I consider tendencies seen in people as they experience surges of ‘The Energy Of Joy.’ Finally, I will provide a couple of ways that you can proactively generate more Joy in your life by utilizing the Energy of that particular Universal Element.
“I AM NOW HERE CREATING LIFE” – Mantra For Universal Balance
This mantra has been with me in varying forms for decades. Over the years, it has been distilled into this simplified version that hits the key six notes, one word for each Universal. This mantra influences the Universal Elements to stimulate movement towards Universal Balance. As each word connects to one of the Universals, it stimulates activity and brings your intentionality into being. I have found this simple mantra consistently powerful in aligning things quickly. I encourage you all to try it. It is also wonderful to work with while walking. With each step, say one word. Thus, every six steps, you are repeating the mantra. Do this in a Left-Right-Left-Right-Left-Right pattern.
“I” – SPHERE – The Void Element
People who are balanced in the natural JOY of the Sphere tend to:
- Be firmly rooted in the ‘I.’
- Believe anything is possible
- Expect nothing from others
- Refrain from comparing or judging

- ‘The Energy Of Contentment’ is a full stillness. Contentment does not embody the stillness of inactivity but rather the stillness of perfectly balanced activity in synergistic flow. It is like a stadium full of spectators, performers, and facilitators, all in the open air with all the ‘stuff’ needed to fully animate the magnificence of the experience in this densely packed space. Full and still, imagine this collective in perfect stillness. That compared to the stillness of an empty stadium. Contentment is full, yet perfectly ordered and synergistic, with great complexity, all in perfect balance.
- ‘The Energy Of Contentment’ produces an experience of satisfaction with one’s life.
- Some things in life help one obtain ‘The Energy Of Contentment.’ When one feels secure, and their essential needs are met, contentment is easier to attain. An extroverted personality will also support this experience.
- Other things in life make it particularly challenging to attain Contentment, such as a debilitating physical illness or a high degree of neurosis in one’s personality genetics.
- It is important to note that a greater alignment with Universal Balance and an overall higher vibrational/dimensional profile allows for the experience of Contentment independent of one’s external circumstances.
Creating With ‘The Energy of CONTENTMENT’:
The following is a list of suggestions for stimulating an increase in ‘The Energy Of Contentment’ in your life. I provide three different ways that you can support your Contentment on each level of Energy/Consciousness: Individual, Group, and Oneness.
INDIVIDUAL
- Make an ‘Attitude Adjustment’. For example, “I accept what is in this moment” or “I am grateful for my life.”
- Start a fitness routine that is realistic and sustainable
