This piece is heavily technical in describing the structure and flow of the Energetics that occur at a Group Level. The purpose in understanding this is to be able to work directly with these dynamics of Energy/Consciousness to effect change in Life. Working at the level of Form is working with what I would call Pure Energetics. It is approaching treatment/intervention at a higher vibrational frequency than the Physical, Emotional or Mental plane of existence. This can make it a stretch to perceive when it can’t be felt in a Physical or Emotional way, nor can it be encapsulated in Thought form.
Any attempt to describe Energetics in words or evoke understanding through feeling is simply providing a bridge to access this higher level. I suggest you read through the information and allow it to absorb and inform a deeper part of you that will understand. And use the information as a roadmap to reference when working on the Energetic level. Try the exercise at the end, for yourself. You will gain the greatest wisdom from your own observations as you engage the Energetics.
The IGO Trinity – Receptive and Expressive Flow
IGO, Individual-Group-Oneness, is a foundational trinity upon which life is built. When in dynamic form, each of these key Energy/Consciousness demarcations holds a Receptive and Expressive flow, creating six directional streams of Energy/Consciousness. You or I, as Individuals, can Express, and we can Receive. The same applies to Groups; a family, business, or society can Express and Receive as a Group. The same is true of the greater Oneness; it has an ebb and flow of Reception and Expression. This parsing of the Energy/Consciousness in Life creates six distinctly different streams of Energy/Consciousness from which the dynamic nature of Life emerges.
These six streams of Energy/Consciousness pair up into three interflowing streams of extreme polarities:
- Receptive Individual Flow – Expressive Oneness Flow
- Receptive Group Flow – Expressive Group Flow
- Receptive Oneness Flow – Expressive Individual Flow
Last month, I spoke of the interflow between the Individual’s Receptivity and the Expression of the Oneness. From the Individual orientation, the meeting point here is what we, as Individuals, Receive from the Oneness of Life in its full Expression. The next pairing is the Group Level of Receptive and Expressive streams of Energy/Consciousness. This encompasses all your relational dynamics among other things. This is the subject of this piece, and next month, I will cover the final interflowing pair. The third axis of this sacred trinity, in its dynamic integrative form, is the interflow between the Expression of the Individual and the Reception of the Oneness. Our meeting point here is what we as Individuals Express and is Received by the Oneness.
The G in IGO – Group Level Energy/Consciousness
This section isolates the Group Level which holds as extreme of a polarity as the Individual and the Oneness. I will discuss some particulars of the interflow of Reception and Expression at the Group Level. One Expresses the Energy/Consciousness of one Self within the Group through the incarnation of one’s Nature. In the counterflow one Receives the Energy/Consciousness of Nurture through the Disclosure or revelation of Life coming in. Nurture is not only about parental influences; it includes all that is Received in Life at a Group Level. Life’s wisdom is Disclosed through the journey of living and Receiving.
Diving into this dynamic interflow and isolating the Receptive stream, the view provided is Disclosure of Life. Diving deeper, Disclosure reveals the four Life Components at work in this Receptive flow: Experience, Events, Fields, and Senses. If we isolate the counterflow of Energy/Consciousness at the Group Level, the Expressive stream provides a view of the Self. Diving deeper into the Self reveals the four Life Components at work in the Expressive flow: Essence, Soul, Gifts, and Personality.
The four Life Components within each stream align with the four Life Components in the counterflowing stream. Thus, in whole, the 24 Life Components, in dynamic form will configure into 12 interflowing pairs within the three overarching ones. As we highlight the Group Level we are working the Energy/Consciousness of Disclosure and Self. Within the interflowing stream created by these two there are the eight Group Level Life Components in quadratic stream formation.
The Receptive flow at a Group Level is the Energy/Consciousness of what we call Nurture, whereas the Expressive flow is Nature. Thus, when isolating the Group Level to work with the Energy/Consciousness, one is working with the interflowing dynamics of Nature and Nurture. These are like the yin and yang within the Group, each is responsible for 50% of what takes shape in Life at this Level.
The Inner and Outer Realm within the Group Level
The dynamism of Life occurs within a scope that encompasses the Inner Realm as well as the Outer Realm. Each of the four Life Components operating within the six directional streams has two Components within the Inner Realm and two Components within the Outer Realm. Following, I parse the Inner and Outer Component pairs. I summarize the Receptive and Expressive factors of the Group Level and how Nature and Nurture apply to each of the sub pairs within the three overarching ones.
Each part of Self meets a different part of Disclosure. Each Quarter of the Self’s Vibrational Frequencies/Dimensional Arrays are Disclosed through a different mechanism. From the orientation of Nature and Nurture, each quarter of one’s Nature is expressed through the different parts of Self and each quarter of one’s Nurture is Received and revealed to itself through a different Vibrational/Dimensional pathway.
The Circular Flow of Energy/Consciousness at a Group Level
First, a Circular flow of Energy/Consciousness refers to a continuous cycle where Energy and/or Consciousness are transferred from one source to another within a defined space. Where the Energy/Consciousness has the potential to be recycled/reused, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency, much like a Circular economy. Essentially, Energy and Consciousness are circulated and utilized repeatedly, taking on a variety of Forms.
The flow of Energy/Consciousness at a Group Level is Circular. This contrasts the flow at an Individual or Oneness Level both of which follow an Infinity flow. The Circular flow at a Group Level is operating within the six foundational streams in Life. This is seen in the progression of Energy/Consciousness cycling through the Life Components over time. The flow of Self follows the following progression perpetually: Essence – Soul – Gifts – Personality – Essence – Soul – Gifts – Personality – … And the flow of Disclosure follows the following perpetually: Experience – Events – Fields – Senses – Experience – Events – Fields – Senses – …
The Life Components within Self circulate in a counterclockwise flow. The Energy/Consciousness of Self is pushed out into Expression within the Group of humanity. In contrast the Life Components within Disclosure circulate in a clockwise flow. The Energy/Consciousness of Disclosure is drawn into Reception within the Group. The movement of these two Circular flows in opposite directions have the effect of appearing still when they are in perfect balance. Forward movement in Life is generated by the Group Level flow. To imagine how this all comes together consider an 8-wheel drive, single axle, vehicle. Forward movement is optimized when all 8 wheels rotate synchronistically, in alignment and unison.
Exercise to Balance Forward Movement in Life
- Take the diagrams of the Circular flow, print them on two separate sheets of paper.
- Place the Disclosure flow on your left side, facing you. Place the Self flow on your right side, facing you.
- Look to your left and follow the Circular flow of the Life Components from 1-4, say the names of the Components as you go: Experience – Events – Fields – Senses… repeat at least three times.
- Let the diagram go and breath into the Energy/Consciousness of your own Group Level Disclosure and notice what you observe.
- Look to your right and follow the Circular flow of the Life Components from 1-4, say the names of the Components as you go: Essence – Soul – Gifts – Personality… repeat at least three times.
- Let the diagram go and breath into the Energy/Consciousness of your own Group Level Self and notice what you observe.
- Notice how the Life Components align in order 1-4 . Notice how the Components in the Inner Realm are in the back and the ones in the Outer Realm are in the front.
- Imagine there are rods connecting the left and right at number 1, 2, 3 and 4. Envision the interflowing Energy/Consciousness of the eight Life Componenets.
- Let the diagram go and breath into your own four Group Level interflowing streams of Energy/Consciousness that reside in the locations of the rods. Notice what you observe.
- Finally, imagine both wheels are turning in perfect synchronicity as the synergy of the four interflowing streams of the Life Components generates the forward movement.
