Now, we continue the discussion on Transcending Extremes. Part one, I talked about my research into the Energetics of Extreme states within humanity. I introduced the Three Keys to working with the Universals to Transcend Extremes: the Center Point, Outer Perimeter, and Dynamic Flow. To begin part two, Moderation is the focus. I consider the origins of the concept, the benefits of the practice, and I provide some examples of what it might look like. Then, I dive into the pure Energetics of shifting one from an Extreme state into a Balanced state of Transcendence. The Energetic method that we will utilize is working with the Center Point, Outer Perimeter, and Dynamic Flow.
There is not one ‘right’ way to approach evolution and Transcendence; there are many. Here, I discuss two potential paths. Holistic transformation can begin on the mundane, physical level with a simple practice of Moderation, or it can be set in motion on the highest vibrational level of pure Energy/Consciousness. Working on a number of different levels at the same time will exponentially increase the probability of the desired outcome.
Moderate Extreme States By Staying In A ‘Sustainable Range’
The benefits of Moderation have been touted for thousands of years. Moderation underlies the golden mean and is a direct way to find the balance between Extremes. The ancient Greek philosophers Socrates, Aristotle, and Plato all encouraged Moderation. They considered it a virtue, along with courage, wisdom, and justice. Moderation is about staying in the middle ground, away from excess or Extreme. Stoicism emerged around the same period and emphasized this four-pack of virtues. I like what the stoic philosopher Seneca said, “The heart is great, which shows moderation in the midst of prosperity.”
It is one thing to live in Moderation because one has no alternative. But to make a conscious choice to exercise Moderation when other options are available requires strength of character. We live in a time when people often strive for bigger and more. What is lost with this mentality is balance, peace, and sustainability. For our purposes here, to transcend Extremes, the recommendation is to practice Moderation. Substantively to stay within the parameters of a ‘Sustainable Range,’ restricting one’s engagement to life-supporting activities. This Moderation approach as an intervention can be implemented at whatever level an Extreme is present.
Moderation is an effective intervention for:
- A Physical Extreme state that is life-threatening
- An Emotional Extreme of hysteria,
- A Mental Extreme loss of touch with reality
- A Spiritual Extreme allegiance to ill-intended forces
The caveat of this direct path regarding Transcendence is that one must be Holistically and Universally Balanced for Transcendence to occur. Transcendence doesn’t occur when one simply shows up and engages in life halfway. One must be fully present and open in their Moderate living. This is ideal and yet the road less traveled. Transcendence more commonly emerges when people are pushed into Extreme states because of the imposition of others or resistance to their own natural evolution. The increase of difficulties that arise from living in the Extremes is often the catalyst, catapulting one to Transcend or perish. It doesn’t need to be this way. There is the smoother, gentler path of Moderation.
I advise all to take this path and to do so with full presence and engagement in Life. It will lead to Transcendence, but even falling short of this ideal, Moderation is always a worthy path. When a person lives in this manner, their living experience of Moderation vibrates into the world, into the masses. This virtue is becoming more of a rarity with increasing extremes worldwide. It is needed more than ever. So stay within the ‘Sustainable Range’ of living, step outside of the ‘sheep mentality,’ and become a model of the wisdom and virtue of Moderation. Live in a way that supports the preservation and optimization of Life.
Practicing Moderation will nurture:
- Physical Ecology
- Emotional Harmony
- Mental Temperance
- Spiritual Virtue
Next, I will provide three examples of Moderation: Assertive Presence, Right Relationships, and Integral Wisdom. For each, I identify qualities of the natural ebb and flow that occurs within a ‘Sustainable Range’ and what the Extreme states might look like. The objective here is to stay within the circle, the Moderate zone. This is the “Sustainable Range’.

It is optimal to maintain an Assertive Presence in life. An Assertive Presence encompasses the natural ebb and flow between a ‘Being’ state and a ‘Doing’ state. Staying within the circle’s parameters keeps one in a Balanced range for navigating constant change.
If you move beyond the circle, you enter the Extreme Realm. Moving beyond the natural state of ‘Being,’ you enter the Extreme of Passivity – inactivity when action is warranted. Moving beyond the natural state of ‘Doing,’ you enter the Extreme of Aggression – overactive imposition when an Assertive Presence is the most beneficial.

A Right Relationship oscillates like a pendulum between ‘Self-Esteem’ and ‘Caretaking’. There is a natural shifting of focus from Self to Other and then back to Self. One important note to remember is that it is essential that the Right Relationship with another begins with the Right Relationship with the Self. Staying within the circle’s parameters will keep your relationships within a ‘Sustainable Range.’
If you move beyond the circle, you enter the Extreme Realm. Moving beyond the natural state of ‘Self Esteem,’ you enter the Extreme of Narcissism – with a focus on Self at the expense of Others. Moving beyond the natural state of ‘Caretaking,’ you enter the Extreme of Martyrdom – with a focus on Others at the expense of Self. Either direction places the Relationship at risk and brings a destructive quality to both parties.

Coming from a place of Integral Wisdom brings Inner Knowing and Outer Knowledge, ‘Intuition,’ and ‘Learning’ together to form an interconnected field of wisdom. Staying within the circle’s parameters will keep your connection with All That Is within the ‘Sustainable Range.’
If you move beyond the circle, you enter the Extreme Realm. Moving beyond the natural state of ‘Intuition,’ you enter the Extreme of Psychosis – an inner connection point severed from outer reality. Moving beyond the natural state of ‘Learning,’ you enter the Extreme of being ‘Brainwashed’ – an outer connection point severed from fundamental inner knowing of survival. Either direction places the Individual severed from Reality in some way.
Energetic Transcendence Of An Extreme State
To dive into the pure Energetics of an Extreme state, we approach it from the vantage point of Energy/Consciousness, discerning our perception of the Energetics to the finest level of zeros and ones. There are two key locations that must be identified for the Energetic shifts being presented. First is the Center Point of the Individual or Group you are working with. This is a beginning point for many Energetic interventions. Next is the location of the Extreme Energy in play, identifying where it is relative to the Center Point of the Individual or Group. You can intuit or sense where the Energy/Consciousness of the Center Point and Extreme Energy are vibrating within the Human Matrix of light points.
It is important to have a containment field for the Energetics to proceed with The Work on Extremes. I recommend ‘The Cube’ Form for the Holistic containment for the following exercises. ‘The Cube’ is the Form of Time. It works perfectly for establishing the Energetic shift within the Time Matrix. For any change to occur in Life, there is a before and after; there is a Time Shift. Utilizing ‘The Cube’ to Transcend an Extreme will set the path. Then, with the natural unfolding of Time, the desired configuration will shift into place naturally within the living experience of Humanity.
The Work is always generating change in the direction of greater Universal Balance. The three keys of the Universals for Transcending Extremes are the Center Point, Outer Perimeter, and Dynamic Flow. These are the pivotal points for effecting change. I will describe three ways to Energetically Transcend the Extremes and restore Universal Balance. The first two work around the existing Center Point of the Individual or Group, while the third requires relocating the Center Point. Relocation of one’s Center Point in the course of a lifetime is not the majority path, I would say about one in five people engage in a shift of this nature. This is called for when one is on an accelerated path of evolution.
Whichever of the three approaches is being taken, one begins by identifying where the Energy/Consciousness of the Center Point and Extreme Energy are within ‘The Cube’ Form or other framework being employed. Once this has been done, one can intuit the best of the three approaches for the given Extreme by assessing the Individual.
Option 1:
- Restore Balance by aligning the Extreme Energy/Consciousness with the original Center Point and Outer Parameter coordinates of the Individual or Group.
- The Dynamic Flow is where the change can be perceived.
The Extreme Energy is relocated from the Extreme points back into alignment with the original coordinates of the Center Point and Outer Parameters. This realignment facilitates the assimilation of the wisdom of the Extreme experience. The Dynamic Flow is changed in such a way that it creates a shift in orientation to All.
Option 2:
- Restore Balance through Expansion, shifting the Outer Parameter while the Center Point remains in place.
- The Outer Parameters and the Dynamic Flow are both Transformed.
The Extreme Energy is left where it is, as is the Center Point. Then all other Outer Parameter coordinates are expanded equally from the Center Point as the Extreme Energy. Sometimes Extreme Energy appears like a circle with many rays moving from the Center Point out to the edges of the circle, but one ray doesn’t stop at the edge; it protrudes beyond the circle. From the Center Point one expands in all directions until the Extreme Energy has been met in equal measure. The Dynamic Flow must then fill the expanded space, and one must adapt.
Option 3:
- Restore Balance through Center Point relocation, which requires adjusting the Outer Parameters.
- The Center Point, the Outer Parameters, and the Dynamic Flow are all Transformed.
Some Extreme experience opens a person in a particular way or enlightens them to truths that cannot be assimilated into the original Center Point. Thus, one must shift their Center Point to a new place of opening to Source to Holistically encompass the new wisdom. This creates a whole new orientation to life. The Parameters need to move relative to the shift in the Center Point, and the Dynamic Flow needs to be recalibrated. This option is so profound as to make the recipient(s) feel like they have begun a new Life.
