OUTER UNION (Part 2 of 12)

The Outer Components of the Union Lens

STILLNESS AND MOVEMENT

The Union Lens

The Union Lens offers a unique perspective on the Energy/Consciousness Stream of All Received into the Oneness of Life. This viewpoint emerges from the orientation of Union, which is perceived through the bottom side of the Cube Model. By isolating this perspective, you can envision, empower, and create Union in your Life.

The Outer Components of Union

Stillness and Movement are the Outer Components of Union. These complementary forces embody the Yin and Yang of Life, guiding the path of constant change and the unfolding of existence. The dynamic interplay of Stillness and Movement form a journey built from opposites perpetually uniting and dualistic forces continuously seeking Balance through the passage of Time.

“Stillness and Movement, through their Yin-Yang relationship, generate the dynamic structure and flow of Life’s Outer Realm.”

Take a moment to contemplate this statement. Reflect on its implications in physics, the wisdom it conveys through Life experiences, and the emotions it stirs within you. Engage with this statement in a manner that resonates with you; be it through research, meditation, journaling, or by repeating it as an affirmation or mantra.

Stillness Component – Yin

Stillness is the Yin counterpart to the Yang of Movement. It envelops Movement while coexisting within it. This interrelation is symbolized by the black and white dots in the Yin-Yang symbol, illustrating the essence of duality. Key aspects of Stillness include the inherent dynamism of life—where even Stillness is dynamic. When the Energy/Consciousness stream of Stillness achieves perfect Balance, the entirety of existence through All Time becomes perceivable. All potential is accessible to shape Life at the level of Form. If you can conceive it, you can create it.

Stillness – Imagination/ExtraSensory Perception Excercise:

Imagine it until you can perceive it.

The Revelations of Stillness:

  • Consider how readily you are distracted by Movement in every moment. Shift your focus away from the Movement in your Energy/Consciousness Field and connect with the Stillness surrounding and permeating that Movement.
  • Visualize a dial controlling the mechanisms generating Life. As you notice Movement around or within you – be it in thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations – turn the dial down, envision the gears slowing until everything is perfectly Still.
  • Within this Stillness, expand your Conscious Awareness to encompass All Time on Earth. Continue expanding until all possibilities are laid bare. Allow this knowing to awaken as you sense the Movement within the Stillness.

Movement Component – Yang

Movement embodies the Yang of Life, creating the rhythm that pulses through the Outer Realm. It unifies the dynamic Energy/Consciousness that flows through existence in waves. In the Outer Realm you can observe these synergistic waves of Movement in brain synapses igniting, children engaging in play, or the harmonious operations of an ecosystem on Earth.

Intuition-driven Movement – ASK-RECEIVE-ACT-REFLECT:

Prepare for this exercise by relaxing, centering, and grounding yourself while opening to a connection with Universal Source Energies. Each day, maintain this receptive state as you engage with the following four prompts.

  • Move to ASK an intuitive question.

Craft inquiries that align with your current priorities and hold personal significance. For example:  What direction ought I pursue for my highest and greatest good, in _______ area of my life? Or, What is the next step I can take to move me closer to my goal/intention/objective of __________? Write your question down.

  • Be Still to RECEIVE the answer.

Let go of the need to control the outcome and approach the unknown with curiosity. Sit in silent meditation for five to thirty minutes, then carry on with your day. Jot down any insights that emerge during meditation or surface later.

Note: You can revisit the same question as often as needed, whether consecutively or intermittently, until the answer becomes clear. Be sure to record your insights.

  • Move to ACT on the guidance received.

When inspiration arises, embrace it without hesitation. This practice sharpens your ability to distinguish true intuitive knowing from the noise of self-deceptive chatter.

  • Be Still to REFLECT on the outcomes of your actions.

After some time, pause to evaluate the results: Was the guidance beneficial? Did it move you closer to your goals? Pay attention to the feelings tied to your insights—they are your guide for future intuitive moments. If the guidance proved helpful, trust similar sensations when they arise. If not, recognize the resistance and identify what needs to be released.
